Home grown manufacturer Celkon known for its affordable smartphones.They has launched there new  budget device in the Indian market, The Millennium Elite Q470  is now up for grabs at Rs 11,999 starting 21 July.

The Millennium Elite Q470 features a 11.938-cm (4.7-inch) HD IPS display with a 720x1280 pixels resolution and One Glass Solution (OGS) technology. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6582) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. While come with the camesra opation it supports 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing camera. It comes with 16GB inbuilt storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The dual-SIM smartphone runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. Connectivity options include: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS/EDGE, and 3G. it has 1800mAh Li-ion battery which is bit low at this price .
